About the project
Where is Skyline One Sentosa?
Skyline One Sentosa is on Jalan Sutera in Taman Sentosa, 80150 Johor Bahru, on the site of the former Plaza Sentosa. KSL City is about 1.6 km away and the RTS Link station at Bukit Chagar about 4.4 km by road.
Is it on Sentosa island in Singapore?
No. Skyline One Sentosa is in Taman Sentosa, a neighbourhood of Johor Bahru in Malaysia, across the Strait from Singapore.
Who is the developer?
The licensed housing developer is Plaza Sentosa Properties Sdn Bhd. The project is marketed under the TSLAW LAND brand. The developer’s licence and permit can be checked on the government TEDUH portal.
Is it freehold?
Yes. Skyline One Sentosa is a freehold development of serviced apartments on commercial title.
When is completion expected?
Completion of Skyline One Sentosa is expected in March 2031.
How many homes and towers are there?
There are 1,623 homes in two towers: 815 in Aloft Tower (58 storeys) and 808 in Baymont Tower (60 storeys), above a retail and car park podium.
The homes
What layouts are there?
Six: Type A (one bedroom and a flexible room, 570 sq ft), Type B (two bedrooms, 750 sq ft) and Type C (three bedrooms, 925 sq ft) in Baymont Tower; Type D (one bedroom, 430 sq ft), Type E (two bedrooms, dual-key, 600 sq ft) and Type F (three bedrooms, dual-key, 968 sq ft) in Aloft Tower. Sizes are totals of main and accessory parcels.
What does dual-key mean?
A dual-key home has two entrances: one home that can work as two, so a parent, a grown child or a guest can have their own door and bathroom. At Skyline One Sentosa, Types E and F are dual-key.
What comes with each home?
Each home at Skyline One Sentosa is handed over with a kitchen cabinet with hood and hob, air-conditioners in the living room and bedrooms, an air-conditioning point in the study where there is one, and a digital door lock. Ask us for the full list for the home you like.
How many car park bays come with each home?
Types A, D and E come with one bay; Types B, C and F come with two. Additional bays are not offered.
How high are the ceilings?
Ceilings in Skyline One Sentosa homes are 2.9 metres, and 2.4 metres in bathrooms. Front doors are 2.4 metres tall.
Facilities and services
What facilities are there?
More than 40 shared facilities: on Level 14, a 50 m lap pool, a leisure pool, gardens, a games room, golf simulator, karaoke and podcast rooms, steam rooms and a surau; on Level 15, a gym and spin studio; a co-working space on Level 58 of Aloft Tower; the Sky Lounge on Level 60 and Sky Bar on Level 61 of Baymont Tower.
Is there a concierge?
Yes. A concierge service is planned with a hospitality partner, covering reception, parcels, housekeeping and laundry, groceries, bookings, wellness, shuttles and airport transfers. Services and any charges are set by the building’s management.
Getting around
How far is the RTS Link?
Skyline One Sentosa is about 4.4 km by road from the RTS Link station at Bukit Chagar. The RTS Link connects Bukit Chagar with Woodlands North in Singapore, and it is in its final stage before opening.
Buying
Can Singaporeans or other foreigners buy?
If you are not a Malaysian citizen, a purchase needs the Johor State Authority’s consent and must meet the conditions set for foreign purchasers, which apply to some homes and not others. Tell us which homes you like and we’ll explain where you stand.
How much does a home cost?
It depends on the home, the floor and the terms at the time. Tell us which home interests you and we’ll send the latest details directly, on WhatsApp or by email.
Are there monthly charges after handover?
Yes: maintenance charges and a sinking fund contribution, set for the building by its management. Ask us for the latest details.
Where is the sales gallery?
The Skyline One Sentosa sales gallery is at Mid Valley Southkey, Johor Bahru. We arrange private visits by appointment and meet you there.
